Volunteer Ombudsman Representative

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Volunteer Ombudsman Representative (VOR)!

An Ombudsman is a resident advocate for older adults in nursing homes, assisted living, and residential homes. The Ombudsman visits residents at long-term care facilities, resolves care and quality of life concerns and complaints, educates the public about the Ombudsman program, and provides information and referral services to residents, families, and members of the community.

If you wish to learn more about our Volunteer opportunities and scheduled training dates:

I appreciate your interest and look forward to meeting you at the training!

Sincerely,
